Thank you for, “Sexual Harassment and the Law: A Legal Little Shop of Horrors” (DailyCaller, 4 Nov. 2011), in which you described SH law at root as, “good intentions”.

Feminist jurisprudence is sex power politics, intended to distort democracy by entrenching half of the population as privileged (women) and men as guilty by accusation, or even birth.

SH law never penalizes women for plunging decolletage, short, tight skirts and slacks, bare arms, shimmering pantyhose, diffusing perfume, ‘accidentally’ bumping into or rubbing against a man at work, provocative gait, enticing behaviour or seduction of a colleague or married superior – all for her evident advantage.

Even when a male is penalized for sexual interest in a woman colleague, she never suffers an equal penalty for unearned income or status. Over my 30 years career as a professor, although some professors were suspended or dismissed for sexually motivated behaviour, none of the women suffered a reduction of unearned marks or promotion. NB: the terms, ‘never,’ ‘none’.

Do you remember the widow and ex-Playmate Anna Nicole Smith, distraught at the sudden death of her husband of two years, at his age 98? Other tales abound, preceding the Old Testament.

Rest assured, age, status and wealth will be trumped by youth, beauty and sexuality every time. Sexual harassment law is the entrenchment of cognitive dissonance as feminist jurisprudence and undermines democracy.
